Our Sparkle program provides a Hebrew and Judaic educational track for children with learning differences. Our experienced staff focus on engaging the child’s sense of Jewish identity through exciting, hands-on learning. With our 3 -1 teacher student ratio each student is able to learn at their own pace with individualized curriculum. No previous Judaic instruction is necessary. The class typically begins with a session with the singing of daily prayers, followed by learning stories from the Torah, or insights into the Holidays or Shabbat. Teaching is mainly through songs, stories, skits, and art projects. This enables us to maintain a program that is fun, interesting and sensory based. In addition our sparkle students enjoy a specialized Bar and Bat Mitzvah progrem preparing them for their special day. To learn more please email [email protected] |
